- Image-to-Coloring Pages: Transform uploaded images, scans, or sketches into simplified, high-contrast outlines.
- Prompt & Style Refinement: Adjust prompt parameters and style settings to enhance clarity and edge definition.
- Batch Generation (Premium): Create multiple related Coloring Pages in a single workflow.
- Outline Optimization Tools: Smooth edges, remove noise, and fine-tune line weight.
We do NOT provide unrelated video, music, or general multimedia generation features. Our focus is high-quality printable Coloring Pages.
3. User License and Ownership
3.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal and permitted commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.2 Generated Content Ownership
- Generated Coloring Pages: You own the Coloring Pages you generate (both text-to-line-art and image-to-line-art outputs), subject to any rights in source uploads you do not own.
- Commercial Use: Paid (credit or subscription) users receive full commercial usage rights to generated Coloring Pages, except where source material infringes third-party rights.
- Attribution: No attribution to ColorPage Lab is required, though optional credit is appreciated.
- Source Uploads: You confirm you have rights or licenses to any images you upload for conversion.
3.3 Model & System Rights
All AI models, algorithms, UX flows, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of ColorPage Lab and/or its licensors.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, hateful, exploitative, or harmful Coloring Pages
- Upload infringing, trademarked, or unlicensed third-party images
- Attempt to extract model weights, reverse engineer, or bypass usage limits
- Automate excessive requests that degrade system performance
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
4.2 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, and resulting Coloring Pages—including ensuring lawful use and respecting third-party rights.
5. Account, Credits, and Billing
5.1 Credit System
- Credits are consumed per generation or refinement action
- Purchased credits remain valid while at least one active payment method is maintained
- Credits expire 100 days after payment method lapse or account inactivity
5.2 Subscription & Plans
- Subscription benefits apply for one calendar month per cycle
- Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled prior to renewal date
- Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining time/credits persist until expiration
5.3 Content Storage & Retention
- Free Users: Generated Coloring Pages stored up to 15 days
- Paid Users: Stored up to 100 days; longer-term archival may be offered later
- You are encouraged to download important line-art promptly
6. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use ColorPage Lab to:
- Produce illegal, abusive, or exploitative material
- Create non-consensual intimate images, deepfakes, or impersonation designs
- Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Harm or target minors
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Rights
ColorPage Lab retains all rights in the Service, including improvements to outline extraction, prompt parsing, and style rendering systems.
7.2 Third-Party & Open Source
We use select open-source components under their respective licenses and comply with applicable terms.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
Your data (prompts, generation metadata, and upload transformations) may be used internally to improve model quality and moderation systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorPage Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or usage—even if advised of the possibility.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency patches. Temporary downtime may occur without prior notice.
11. Termination
11.1 By You

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abusive behavior, fraud, or security risks.
11.3 Post-Termination
Access to stored Coloring Pages may cease; download assets beforehand.
12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the primary jurisdiction of ColorPage Lab operations (United States). Venue and jurisdiction lie in applicable courts where the company is registered.
